Manage the ongoing hardware

Incorporate a suitable corporate
entity to run the e-learning project ensuring transparency for donors
and sponsors. |

Prepare all the legal paperwork for

Develop a Total Cost of Ownership
model so that all members of staff understand the financial implications
of the project. |

Arrange the finance required to
acquire the equipment for the e- learning project as well as any
additional finance that may be required for the school ‘s existing ICT
infrastructure. |

Liaise with E-Learning Foundation
